Today’s workout is the Strict version of the CrossFit benchmark “Nicole.” You goal will be to get six or seven total rounds in. The rounds are more about an opportunity to work on the strict pull up, the run just gets us there. We are looking at a variation that allows for 6-7 reps per round or 35 to 50 reps total. Score is total number of pull-ups.
