Today is the benchmark workout “Joker.” You have an ascending rep count on toes to bar paired with a descending rep count on the deadlifts. We are looking for a variation on the toes to bar and a weight on the deadlift that you will only break once on the larger sets (10-60). Your goal time is less then 12 minutes. You may have history on this workout so use your previous scaling, weights and time to help scale today. Modus’s workout will be vary similar today with scaled gymnastics and weights on the barbell.
