Today you will have your choice of making up “Murph” if you were unable to complete the workout on Saturday. Otherwise the workout will be the hero workout “Lundgaard.” The workout is 100 man makers for time. We can complete this as a team workout, 200 man makers for times, reps can be completed as your team sees fit.
