Today’s workout is “Jelly Belly.” This triplet contains, AbMat Situps, cal assault bike and deadlifts. With deadlifts being the obvious strength component here, we are looking for a weight that you could pull 10+reps of when fresh. On the larger sets today (10 and 8) you will consider breaking the reps into two sets. The estimated time will be around 20 minutes for the workout.
