Today’s Strength focus will be on the Push Jerk. First, we will have 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 3 off the rack. Partner up and work efficiently so that you can complete 5 or 6 sets in that time. Then we will move to the workout. Here we will be performing a dumbbell hang clean and jerks with double unders and rowing. We are looking for at least 3 complete rounds or a round every five minutes. To get this done, choose a variation of the rope that allows for minimal breaks.
