Today’s workout is a triplet inside a triplet. You will have three “rounds” of a walking lunge, bear crawl and dumbbell box step ups. Your distances and reps will decrease on each round. Looking for a time of between 12 and 15 minutes. There should be time after class today to work on mobility. Mobility is a necessity. If it is ignored, you may pay the price with injury.
