“Death Race”

Today we have strength and conditioning. First, we will work on weighted strict pull ups. We are looking for you to build to a heavy set of three. For some this will be adding weight, for others a lighter band or moving our feet out and ring rows. The point is to challenge yourself in the movement. Next is the benchmark “Death Race.” This is meant to be a high intensity effort lasting less than twelve minutes.
