Today’s strength focus is the power clean. First, we will spend 15 minutes building to a heavy complex of 1 hang power clean and 1 power clean. Then we will move to to workout of power cleans and running. The weight on the barbell should be a moderate weight that you will likely be doing quick singles with. We have 15 minutes slated for this workout so you will need to keep moving today.
