12 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35)
9 Toes to Bar

Today’s workout is a repeat from last year. Your goal today is to stay consistent in your pace trying to get 4+ rounds. To accomplish this, you may want to start just a little slower than you would want to and settle in the for the 18 minutes of work. Any beaks today should be very short. Look for 2-3 sets on the wall balls, 1-2 sets on the snatches and 2-3 sets on the toes to bar.
