Our focus today will be the Deadlift. First with a strength portion, you will have 15 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5. Then the workout today will be a team workout of deadlifts and prowler pushes. You will break up the deadlift reps as you see fit, but only one person will push the prowler at a time while the other team mates follow behind. Be sure to switch out partners when your legs start to get tired and you start to slow down. This will ensure you can keep the sled moving at a good steady pace.
