Today you have an interval based workout of Double Unders, Front Squats and Burpee Box Jump Overs (BBJO). For each 5 minute round, you will have a 100 double under buy in. This will only be done once at the beginning of the round and needs to be completed in 2 minutes or less, so scale appropriately. Next you will score total reps on the fronts squats and burpee box jump overs. We are looking for 3+ rounds on the the first two rounds and 4+ on the last round. The weight on the barbell should be something that you can do unbroken. Pace the BBJO so that you can go big on the front squats.
