Consistency is the key today. First we will work the Front Squat in a complex. Every 2 minutes for ten minutes you will perform 1 squat clean + 2 front squats. You will build your weight through the 5 rounds. The weight for the workout should be moderate to heavy. The Squat Cleans will probably be done as singles. With a small number of reps for the T2B, you may want to hang on unbroken, but two sets 6/4 or 5/5 may be the best option to hold a solid pace.
