Today is a chipper style partner workout. The movements are basic, so your focus today is consistent movement. Before the start of the workout, find sets of reps that can be done fast and unbroken. The run will be done as alternating 200 meter sprints. With a 1:1 work to rest ratio let’s keep the intensity high today.
