Today’s focus will be to build confidence in the Squat Snatch movement. We will start with 6 three minute rounds of 1 Squat Snatch + 2 OHS. You will build weight over the rounds with the focus on quality movement over heavy load. We will then move into the workout where we have three very grippy moments with the Squat Snatch, T2B and Rowing. The weight on the barbell should be something that we can do either tough and go or with very quick singles. Time per round should not exceed 3:00.
