Focus today will be to find a weight for the strength portion that allows you to sustain the given tempo int he Front Squat. The workout today is a benchmark. The weight for the workout should allow you to go unbroken for the 9-7-5 rounds. Keeping the breaks to a minimum on the Front Squat and using the burpees to pace yourself is one of the strategies you can employ today. We will have a hard cap of 15 minutes on the workout today.
