This is a high intensity partner workout today with a twist. The Power Cleans will be done “conga” style today, meaning P1 will do 2 reps, then P2 will do 2 reps, then P3 will do 2 reps continuing this way until required Power Clean reps are completed. All other movements can be done as the group sees fit. With a 1:2 work to rest ratio today, intensity will be high when you are working.

*P1 works while P2 and P3 rest. Power Cleans must be completed as “doubles” conga line style…P1 does 2 reps, then P2 does 2 reps, then P3 does 2 reps. Continue in this order until the set is completed. All other work can be shared between partners any way.
