There are multiple strategies to tackle this workout from just chipping away at calories with less frequent changes to sprinting with frequent changes when you start to slow down. This is something you can get worked out with your partner before starting. The challenge today should be to go heavy on the farmer’s carry. This will be tough on the grip going into the row, but that is the point of the programing. Frequent switches will be key here.
