As the name Triple 7S applies, we have three seven minute workouts that feature running, wall balls and T2B. The goal is to attack each section aggressively today. If there was a day to test yourself with a heavier ball and/or higher T2B scale, today is the day. Part of this test is to move well with a steady pace and minimal time during breaks. The goal on the last AMRAP is 4+ rounds.
