Today is a big day. You will start with spending 10 minutes practicing a new HSPU variation hoping to improve on this skill. For the workout, you will have 7 minutes to perform a 1000 m row then, with the time remaining, accumulate max HSPU or your scaled variation. We will be look for an option her that allow you to complete 10 or more reps per minute. The row will be a high effort today, 85% or above.
