Today’s overall focus will be the Snatch. First, we will have a strength portion with Squat Snatches. The format will be the same as the squat clean complex from last week. For the workout today, you will have two 4 minute AMRAPs separated by two minutes of rest. The goal here is to go unbroken on the snatches. Intensity is meant to be high today with little to no rest in-between movements.
