Your workout for the Fourth of July is a repeat from last year. “CG – 6535” commemorates the four crew members of United States Coast Guard helicopter 6535 that went down during a training mission in Mobile Bay, AL on February 28, 2012. As with all Hero workouts in CrossFit, this is a grinder with a purpose to test your mental and physical toughness. Check your times and scaling from last year and look for improvement in one or both areas.
