It’s been a tough week. Today is just about moving to help flush out the body and improve your overall quality movement. This workout was not built for high intensity so we are looking for a moderate weight for the dumbbell, your choice. We also have a low number of reps not he DUs so it will be a great opportunity to get some practice in.
