Today’s workout is designed to flush the body after the high volume we seen on the legs yesterday. The goal is quality movement with purpose. We are looking for about 45 seconds of work each minute. This pace should be able to be sustained for all seven rounds. The weight on the step back lunges is athlete choice so base this on how your body feels.
