BENCHMARK WORKOUT

Today’s workout is a benchmark and as the name suggests, features the rope. The goal is to get more comfortable with the rope technique while under a higher heart rate. The bike and squats will get the legs tired, making the climbs more difficult. One may even say the your legs will feel “Frozen.” 😉 The goal will be 3-4 rounds with the more fit athletes getting 5-6.
