Last week we got to test you Clean. Today we will get to test our Snatch. In the strength section athletes will preform an 8×1 snatch building from a moderate weight to a heavy single rep.
For the workout today you will have a 12 minute EMOM with max rep Power Snatches on the first minute and max cals on the bike in the second minute. The athletes goal is to work for repeatable efforts in all minutes.
