We have a bodyweight workout today. We will also be exposing our athletes to a longer run. Over the next several weeks we will be doing some longer runs that will build to a 1 mile max effort test in September. Today we are asking for a 75-80% effort on the run. You should be able to get in the door and get right to work on the movements. Pace the bodyweight movements so that you can do 5-10 reps per set. This will ensure you can get the work done under the hard cap of 20 minutes.
