The goal for the athlete today is to get more comfortable with the Sumo Deadlift High Pull. We are super-setting push-pull with the SDHP movement and the Push Press, so we will have a really nice overall shoulder workout. The focus will be on the SDHP and showing our athletes how this translates more to the Clean than it does the Deadlift. The goal will be to pick a weight that you can move at least 1- reps of in a set. Everyone should complete this workout in 18:00 or less.
Note that we did not miss the back squat cycle this week. We will be squatting on Wednesday.
