Today’s workout is big. The athlete goal is to find a weight for the deadlift and push press that you can move large sets of with a minimum amount of rest. Ten plus reps at a time should be very doable. The box jumps will get tough after torching your legs on the deadlifts so be sure to find a pace where you can keep moving. Depending on class size and equipment availability for the push press, we may have to modify this movement in the workout.
