We have a straight forward triplet today of bike, HRPU and rope climbs. We would like everyone to at least attempt some rope work in the prep today whether it is working on the leg lock or practicing pulls from the floor. We are looking for any where form 3-5+ rounds for this workout today. Following the workout, we will go into ten minutes of handstand walk practice. The coach will give everyone some options to work with. This is your time to work to develop the skill of HS walking.
