Today is bring a friend day! We have a partner workout today. There will be three stations. The format is, partner 1 will start work at the first station while partner 2 rests. When the two minutes is up, partner 2 will work at the second station while partner 1 rests. You will continue on like this until both partners have worked through all three stations twice.
