We have a challenging workout today. The goal for your team is to communicate and strategize early and often so that you can get through the work before the hard cap of 33 minutes. The workout was intentionally designed to push your limits against the hard cap. You and your partner will switch every 250 meters on the rowers and split the rest of the work as you see fit. Recommendations of switching are: every 2-5 burpees and 5-10 T2B and G2OH.
