This is week 6 of our current Back Squat cycle. Today we will be getting heavy in preparation for next weeks test. Your sets should be heavy but doable today. Look back at last weeks build to singles and use those numbers to help guide you to today’s weight.

For the workout today, we have a very quick couplet of back squats and DUs. The back squats should be unbroken and steady with little rest in the standing position. The DUs are meant to be unbroken today. This means that if you fail anywhere on your way to 21, you must restart at DU rep 1. There will be options for modification including DU attempt times and lowering the total number of DUs. We are looking for at least 5-6 rounds today.
