We have a benchmark workout today with California Love. The workout is 30 clean and jerks for time. The kicker is that you will also do 5 burpees after every five reps of the C & J. In and extended warmup we will work up to a weight in the C & J that is heavier than the weight you will use for the workout. Take this time to workout the technicalities of the lift. Focusing on a quick hip extension and a quick drop to follow. This will help to ensure you make good efficient lifts during the workout.
