Today we are putting the last 6 weeks of work together and testing the back squat. The athlete’s goal today is a new 1 Rep Max Squat. We don’t get to do this often so let’s support and cheer each other on so we can see some new big numbers on the board. For the workout, we have a burner of a couplet. We are looking to go unbroken on the kettlebell swings and keep a hard steady pace on the burpees. The goal is a sub 7:00 time.
