We are working strength with technique today. First, we will spend 10 minutes working a hang squat snatch with OHS complex. Start out with a moderate weight, then build to a doable heavy complex. For the workout, we are looking for a weight on the barbell that you can definitely go unbroken with. When the work on the barbell is complete you will move to the double unders. We want the double under to be unbroken, minimal tripping. The goal is at least four rounds today.
