Today’s workout is a long chipper style workout with running and body weight gymnastics movements. We are looking for consistence effort on the runs. This means a solid pace across all runs with no drop off in effort. For the gymnastics movements, consistent efforts, with little rest, of sets of 5-10 will get to you to the end of this workout. Pacing is important today. Goin out hot will likely catch up to you quickly.
