For your strength portion today, you will get the opportunity to go after a new PR! It is athlete’s choice on whether they would like to tackle the power or squat snatch today. For the workout, you will have 7 minutes to burn out calories on the bike then get as many power snatches as you can. The weight on the barbell should be something that you can get quick singles, double or triples of. The goal today is to test your ability to work through the technical movement of the snatch under a high heart rate after biking.
