Today is the last week of WZA workouts. We will have a 15 minute running clock to complete two workouts. The first is a triplet of thrusters, cal row and burpees over the rower in a common rep scheme of 21-15-9. You will have a maximum time of 12 minutes to complete this work. You will then move on to completing a 1 RM Clean and Jerk with the time remaining on the 15 minute clock. Should be fun today!
