Today workout is three separate AMRAPs with the same triplet of double DB G2OH, double DB up-downs and push-ups. With both the time and reps decreasing in each AMRAP, the intensity should stay high throughout. The goal is to perform the same amount of rounds and reps in each AMRAP. We are expecting athletes to finish with 3 rounds on the lower end and upwards of 5+ rounds on the high end. Keeping the transition between the G2OH and uptowns seamless will be one of the coaching points of the day. Oh yeah, let’s not forget about the pushups. The number will add up quickly here so don’t be afraid to break these up early.
