For your Saturday Throwdown, we have the classic CrossFit workout “Fight Gone Bad.” We have done this workout several times in the gym, so look back to see what you have done in the past. You will be looking to improve on your previous attempt in either rep count or modifications. This is one of those workouts where you will want to set the pace in the first round and try to hold on to those numbers for rounds 2 and 3. Although you will be uncomfortable, this is very doable.
