Today we will start out working up to a 3RM Front Squat. This will be an opportunity to see a new PR or, for our newer members, establish a 3RM in the movement. Following that work, we will hit a fun partner workout. You and your partner will be able to break up the reps however you see fit. Thirteen minutes will go fast, so you and your partner will need to keep moving to get to the front squats at the end, this is where the work is. The weight on the front squats should be something that you will get 3-5 reps of in a set. Lifting heavy when you are fatigued is a great test of your fitness.
