In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

Today we have the classic Hero WOD “DT.” Although many of the Hero WODs we do are longer in duration, this one is not. IT IS a test none the less. DT is all about grip and grit. With a moderate barbell weight we are looking to hang on as long as we can. Before the workout, we will have the opportunity in the extended warm up to take the barbell complex from DT and get a bit heavy. This should be a fun day of barbell cycling.
