We have a 30 minute grinder today. You will be performing the triplet of bike, HRPU and up-down box jump overs as fast as you can every three minutes for 10 rounds. This will be a physical and mental workout using all body weight movements. Your goal will be to maintain or beat your times throughout the 10 rounds. We have some finisher work programmed for after so rest adequately and get after some rows and dead bugs. Have a great weekend!
