Today’s workout features a new movement with the DB Split Snatch. Throughout your 12 reps, you will alternate arms, but feet can stay in the same split. The Wall Ball today is meant to be heavier than you normally do. The goal is to hang on for as long as you can. Your score will be your LOWEST round of Wall Balls. You should have some rest each round, especially early in the workout, so if you find your self working for the whole minute, you are outside the stimulus of the workout.
