Today is station rotation Saturday. You will have four sets where you will complete one minute of heavy KB swings, box jumps, plate OH lunges and alternating V-ups or bicycle crunches. Each set, you will START in the next station on the list then rotate through the stations from that point. So if you started with KB swings in the first set, in the second set you will start with box jumps and rotate down the list from that point. This will change the “feel” of the workout in each set. Your goal will be to try to maintain the same amount of reps through out all four sets.
