We will have a strength session and workout today both featuring the power snatch. In the strength session, we want to build to or above the weight we are going to be doing in the workout. We want to make sure that we moving well here. The workout is very “grippy.” The weight on the barbell should be moderate and something that you can do short sets or very quick singles of. The TTB/pull up combo should be something that you can stay on the bar for. Modifications include knees to chest or knee raises and banded pull-ups or ring rows. Transitions should be very short, we are looking for 4+ rounds today.
