Today’s triplet has an aim of four to five rounds. We will start with a 400m row in the first round and increase that distance by 50 meters each round there after. The goal with the row will be to maintain the same pace throughout the rounds even though the distance is increasing. The up-downs will be a consistent pace and the pull-ups can be done in 2-3 sets.
