Today we will be playing with some longer intervals. We will be asking you to bring the intensity for that longer period of time today. This will be quite a change especially when it comes to the row and bike. The pace for most of you will not be too different from your 60 second pace, you will just work to hang on a little longer. As always, we are looking to up a solid set of numbers in the first set then try to meet or beat them in sets 2 and 3. Tomorrow night will be the release of the second workout in the Open.
