Today we are going to work on the skills of the overhead squat and handstand pushup. After establishing a 10RM OHS in our strength portion today, we will move into our workout. For the workout, we are looking for quickness. So we will need a lighter barbell, something that you could do 15+ OHS. The OHS and HSPU should be done in 1-2 sets. The runs should be quick. If your weight is scaled right on the barbell, the time cap should not be an issue. Happy Monday!
