We have a grinder of a workout today. You will have 12 two minute rounds with the goal to keep your numbers on the DB Cleans and T2B the same throughout the workout. We want to push the weight on the farmer’s carry and front rack carry. Looking to go a little heavier than you normally would. Try to resist the urge to want to tippet the KBs down here. Hold on as long as you can.
